Lora del Río – Town Hall

The Town Hall of Lora del Río is located in the España Square (Plaza de España), just few minutes from the Our Lady of the Asunción Parish Church and the House of the Lions.

It is designed in a 18th century style of the Andalusian School that follows the rules of the Baroque. The Tower of the Clock is loaned against the left wall crowned with the bell tower and framed with a capital and together with its façade, made of stone, form a beautiful and harmonious whole. In the main front we can admire the Tuscan columns over the pilasters in the low body and Salomonic columns crowned with volutes at the top. It is a two floor building joined by means of beaten up pilasters.
