On the same terrace is a 1 bedroom detached cottage converted from a stables. The living area is open plan with Ikea kitchen, gas hob and oven, freestanding fridge, shuttered windows, ceiling fans and log burning stove. There is a double bedroom with shuttered window, ceiling fan and electric heating. Landscaping is made up of pea gravel lawns bordered by grape vines and oleander and there are an abundance of Almond, Olive and Pomegranate trees.

OWNER’S STATEMENT – 1st November 2018

Prior to July 2018 we did not operate Cortijo Fuente Arriba as a pure commercial enterprise. We were fortunate not to be encumbered by a mortgage and are non resident and shared our time in Spain, on a 50/50 basis, with our permanent home in Wales

This July we employed a husband/wife management team and we concentrated on creating new rental platforms such as, AirBnB, HomeAway, Trip Advisor and Clickstay. This summer our turnover for the 3 months of July, August and September increased to €12,387.52 and at 1st November 2018 we have over €6000 worth of self guided walking and long term bookings for the autumn, winter and spring. The €6000 of bookings is just 10% of the total occupancy potential for the 9 months from October to May and demonstrates a year round rental income

With this is mind we are prepared to offer private financing to a qualifying buyer with a minimum down payment of €200,000 and the balance paid over 10 years interest free as long as payments are kept up to date.
