Vejer de la Frontera Castle

The Vejer de la Frontera Castle is located in the highest part of the Andalusian town of Vejer. It has a rectangular floor plan, 74 by 22 meters, with three rectangular towers, two on the north side and a third one the south wall. It has a single communication to the outside, on the west side, the most accesible point.

In the castle stand out: the double door of Islamic era, the courtyard of arms, the area destined to housing and the porticoed courtyard and the entrance (XVIII century).
